Return and Refund Policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time during the pandemic. However, returns are at my discretion, please contact me via email at info@vfhouseofcreations.com. I do not accept returns on custom request, including but not limited to, custom fabric requests, and custom product requests. Please cancel custom orders within 24 hours or less.  My current TAT is 3-6 weeks. 6 weeks at most due to covid shipping protocols and delays via USPS and holiday seasons.

• Valid returns should be returned within 7-14 days
• The state of return should be unworn and unwashed
• Once return is confirmed, a refund will be issued
